         Bethany is one of two bears commissioned by the bride and groom to give as presents to the bridesmaids on the day. 

The idea was to recreate the bridesmaids outfit and produce a bear that would represent a child of their age.  (3 years old)

Bethany stands nine inches tall and is made of dense white mohair and pink ultra suede pads, and has a light and dark, stripy pink hand stitched nose. She is wearing a replica bridesmaid dress with pink floral detail around the waist, and also has her own beaded tiara with flower detail and matching star design wand. 

In accordance with the design requests, Bethany has glass eyes and is jointed with cotter pin joints, although she is stuffed with polyester fibre stuffing.
